“The facility is always spotless and smells great. Folks working in the office are always professional and super helpful, and the folks doing the maintenance are on top of their game. In addition to a new security/lock system which allows one to assign locker access to someone to gain access without a key (which also records every access), Mod also offers moving services as well as assistance re-packing/organizing a locker. We’ve used their moving service twice already. They are skilled, courteous, and extremely professional. Not a single item was damaged over two moves, one from SF to Monterey.”
