modSTORAGE leadership

Jared Mastroianni

Chief Operating Officer, modSTORAGE

Jared Mastroianni leads operating-system design and multi-location controls for modSTORAGE. His work focuses on making facility operations easier to run, easier to audit, and safer to change—especially where software, access systems, vendors, and local teams meet.

He also serves as CEO and Founder of Facily.ai. That role is presented as Jared’s separate current position; it does not imply a corporate, ownership, product, or customer relationship between Facily.ai and modSTORAGE.

Facility operations

Designing practical controls for access, incident response, handoffs, operating hours, and location-level accountability across distributed facilities.

System governance

Separating intent, authorization, provider receipt, physical effect, independent readback, reversal, and reconciliation before a change is treated as complete.

Responsible AI

Applying evidence boundaries and human authority to AI-assisted workflows without presenting authored methods as customer results, audited research, or product performance.

Operating principle

Reliable facility systems do more than record what was requested. They preserve who was authorized to act, what the provider accepted, what changed in the physical world, and how an independent readback confirmed the result.

Public work and media

Jared publishes cited, non-promotional operating frameworks and practical tools for facility leaders. Current articles and downloadable resources are available through his public author archive and authority site.
